Small Black Box was a monthly sound art series that showcased over 100 local, interstate and international artists presenting original experimental music that may have otherwise not been heard in Brisbane, Australia. Small Black Box was founded in 2001 by artist Andrew Kettle, after which the team was expanded and the series enjoyed continued success until its natural dissolution in 2005.
