Habitat - 29 September 2007

Performance / Artist Demonstration in Newcastle with Lloyd Barrett, Paul Forbes Mitchell.

Paul and Lloyd demonstrate their Habitat system which combines a light sensitive life simulation (designed by Lloyd in Processing) with live audiovisual mashup objects (designed by Paul in PD/Gem) which allow for real-time improvisation/mixing of both audio and visual material.

at the Royal Exchange in Newcastle as part of Electrofringe.

Experimental-country guitarist/performer Anonymeye is excited to announce the official launch for 'Phase Two', a strictly limited-edition 3" CD-R release on Sound & Fury Records, at The Afterdark Bar and Gallery, Saturday September 22. Joining Anonymeye will be avant-pop wunderkind Francis Plagne, analog noise merchants Y35.3, and drone-pop soundscapes duo ii. This event will also herald the Melbourne debut for an Anonymeye 'group' performing selected songs throughout the set. Anonymeye's 'Phase Two', a sixteen minute track harnessing hypnotic, spindly guitar and waves of digital processing, will be available for purchase at the show; and is proudly distributed by Sound & Fury Records.
