Audiopollen with Robin and Ernie 17May2006

Hello half-theorists!

Just a quick blog listing the Audiopollen Playlist for 17 May 2006.

This week we had Ernie Althoff and Robin Fox as guests promoting their Mono performance on Thursday at the IMA and discussing the history of sound art from a Melbourne perspective.  Ernie was part of the influential Clifton Hill arts centre scene (along with Warren Burt, Philip Brophy, David Chesworth and QUT's Richard Vella) and Robin was profoundly influenced by co-founding member, Ron Nagorcka.  For more information on the Clifton Hill scene check out Rainer Linz excellent site at www.rainerlinz.net
