The 1st of may is, of course, a remarkably \m/ satanic \m/ day in the calendar, far more so than the dreary halloween (why??? oh, for fuck's sake.... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Walpurgisnacht ) This particular 1st of may marks the following milestones: 40 years ago today, Cheeseball robe pervert Anton LaVey decided to get his goat lovin' ass under some constitutional amendment or other and to this end founded the Church Of Satan, and 330 years ago today the Bavarian Illuminati founded was by Adam Weishaupt in order to help promote the then floundering Bavarian conspiracy theory industry.  Lots of founding things.  So if you've lost something, maybe today's your day to found it.  Lastly, 61 years ago today, Hitler killed himself, under imminent threat of the mother of all asswhuppin's from the encroaching Red Army. So, if you're an unconscionable arsehole on a truly global scale, maybe it's your day to.....ah, nevermind...
