Brisbane's Outer Limits in The Wire

I was very pleased to come across a current issue of The Wire in a friend's bathroom recently as their 'Outer Limits' review section is dominated by Brisbane noise makers. Not that the reviews are particularly valuable or insightful (I loathe nearly all music journalism), but love it or hate it, The Wire does reach a large international audience and it's great to be recognised, ya know?

Aforementioned releases are...

Sunshine Has Blown - Self-titled
Available through the half/theory shop here

Lloyd Barrett - Mise en Scene

The Lost Domain - Palace

Also John Chantler has a review in there but sorry I can't remember it's name and I don't buy the mag.

peace out
scotty

[I've just seen a music channel 'top 50 power ballads' countdown which was topped by Bonnie Tyler's Total Eclipse of the Heart. I swear that if you see that film clip and listen to that song, you are a long way into realising what pure joy is.]
